Our Accounting Module allows you to write checks, track & pay bills, make bank deposits, reconcile bank accounts and more. It eliminates the double and sometimes triple data entry typically required with 3rd party accounting programs such as QuickBooks, Peachtree and Excel.
Our unique system allows all everyday functions that affect accounting to be automatically recorded but not actually affect your account balances until validated by you (or an authorized person). Validation can be done immediately after a transaction is entered OR at a later time in batch mode.
Of course balance and income statements are just a click away and you have full control over your Chart of Accounts. Reports can be printed or exported in PDF, Excel or even QuickBooks format (for your accountant).
